  • “Courier/Logistics Partner” refers to third-party delivery companies contracted by Tunii Woman.

2. Use of Website & Eligibility

To use our website and make purchases, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout.
  • Not use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to ensure accurate descriptions, pricing, and images. However:

  • Colors may appear differently depending on device screens.
  • Measurements may vary slightly due to manual tailoring or fabric differences.
  • Product availability is subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Tunii Woman is not liable for errors or inaccuracies in product listings.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change at any time without notice.
  • Full payment is required at checkout.
  • No payment on delivery is offered.
  • We accept approved debit cards, credit cards, transfers, and supported payment gateways.

Orders without successful payment will not be processed.

5. Order Acceptance & Processing

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We may cancel an order due to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Product unavailability
  • Customer information issues

Once payment is confirmed:

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
  • Made-to-order items begin production immediately.
  • Customers may modify an order within 3 hours of purchase.

After 3 hours, no changes or cancellations are allowed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Tunii Woman ships nationwide within Nigeria.
All shipping terms follow our Shipping Policy, including:

  • Delivery within 3–6 working days
  • Extra 48 hours for remote locations
  • Pickup points for most locations outside Lagos
  • Home delivery in Lagos, and selected cities
  • Two delivery attempts for home delivery
  • Customers must pick up items from courier pickup points within 2 days

Delivery fees are fully borne by the customer, including re-delivery costs and failed delivery charges.

Once the courier marks a package as delivered, the order is considered complete.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final.
Our policy is strict and follows our official Refund & Return Policy:

7.1 No Returns or Refunds

We do not allow returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size selected
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Delivery delays caused by the courier
  • Dissatisfaction with fit or colour

7.2 Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • A wrong item was delivered, and
  • Tunii Woman confirms the error.

The item must be returned unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

7.3 Refund Only for Confirmed Non-Delivery

Refunds are permitted only when:

  • Courier confirms item was not delivered at all.
  • Delivery was never attempted.

If delivery was attempted but unsuccessful, no refund will be issued.

Customers may arrange a pickup or pay for re-delivery.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate personal and delivery information.
  • Ensure availability during delivery.
  • Pick up items promptly within 2 days (where applicable).
  • Respond to courier or customer service communications.
  • Review order details before checkout.

Tunii Woman is not liable for losses resulting from customer negligence.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including images, logos, designs, text, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Tunii Woman / Tunii Ventures Ltd.

Customers may not:

  • Distribute
  • Resell

  • Damage caused by incorrect washing or handling

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

12. Fraud Prevention & Order Review

We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional verification
  • Delay processing suspicious orders
  • Cancel orders found to be fraudulent
  • Block users who abuse store policies

Fraudulent activity may be reported to authorities.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Power outages
