Refund policy
At Tunii Woman, we put care into every piece we create and every order we fulfill. Because many of our items are made-to-order or prepared directly from inventory, our policies are designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and a smooth experience for all customers. Please take a moment to review this policy before placing an order.
1. Overview of Our Policy
When you shop with Tunii Woman, you agree to the terms below:
- All sales are final.
- Customers may change or modify their order within 3 hours of purchase.
- Returns are only accepted if a wrong item was delivered, and must be exchanged for the originally ordered item.
- No refunds are issued except in cases of confirmed non-delivery.
- If delivery was attempted but unsuccessful, no refund will be issued; instead, pickup or redelivery arrangements will be made.
- Concerns may be submitted through our contact form or via WhatsApp.
- Tunii Woman reserves the right to approve or decline any request based on the terms below.
Our intention is to protect the integrity of our production process while ensuring every customer is treated with fairness and respect.
2. Made-to-Order & Inventory-Based Fulfillment
Many of our pieces are:
- Made-to-order shortly after payment, or
- Taken from curated inventory and prepared for shipment.
As a result:
- Materials and production resources are allocated immediately.
- Items cannot be cancelled or resold once production begins.
This is why refunds and returns are limited.
3. Order Modification Window (3 Hours)
To help customers make changes if needed, we allow a 3-hour window after purchase to update:
- Item selection
- Size or colour
- Delivery details
- Entire order contents
After 3 hours, orders enter production or packing and cannot be changed or cancelled.
We encourage customers to double-check their choices before completing checkout.
4. Return Eligibility – Wrong Item Delivered
Tunii Woman accepts returns only when:
- The customer receives an item different from what was ordered, and
- Tunii Woman has verified and confirmed the error.
The item must be returned:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In original packaging with all tags intact
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Items correctly delivered according to the order
- Sizing issues
- Colour variation due to device display
- Change of mind
- Items kept beyond 48 hours without complaint
- Sale or discounted items
Required Proof:
Please send:
- Photos or videos of the received item
- Order number
- Delivery details
- Short explanation of the issue
All submissions should be through our contact form or WhatsApp support.
5. Exchange Process (Wrong Item Only)
If we confirm that the wrong item was delivered, we will:
- Arrange a return,
- Inspect the item upon receipt, then
- Send the correct item originally ordered.
Exchanges are item-for-item only.
We do not exchange for a different style, size, or colour unless the originally ordered item is unavailable.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Refund for Non-Delivery
A refund will be issued only if:
- The order was not delivered at all, and
- The courier confirms the item was never delivered to the provided address.
In such cases, customers may choose:
- Redelivery, or
- A full refund.
6.2 Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery was attempted but not completed due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address,
- Customer unavailability,
- Delivery refusal, or
- Courier access challenges,
No refund will be granted.
Instead, we will help arrange:
- A new delivery attempt, or
- Pickup from the courier office, if available.
Additional delivery fees may apply.
6.3 Situations Not Eligible for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Wrong size selected
- Change of mind
- Duplicate orders made by mistake
- Delays caused by couriers, weather, or logistics
- Customer dissatisfaction with fit or style
- Lost packages after courier marks as delivered
7. Delivery Confirmation
Once the courier marks an item as delivered, the order is considered completed.
Tunii Woman is not responsible for:
- Stolen packages
- Items misplaced after delivery
- Packages collected by neighbours or building staff
8. How to Report an Issue
If you experience any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

9. Review & Verification of Claims
Tunii Woman reserves the right to:
- Request further evidence
- Inspect returned items
- Confirm courier records
- Approve or decline requests based on policy
All assessments are made with fairness and transparency.
10. Policy Abuse
We may refuse future service to customers who:
- Submit fraudulent or repeated claims
- Misrepresent issues
- Repeatedly refuse delivery
- Engage in abusive behaviour toward staff
