At Tunii Woman, we are committed to ensuring that every order is delivered safely, efficiently, and within the outlined timelines. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across Nigeria. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms detailed below.
1. Shipping Locations & Delivery Methods
1.1 Nationwide Delivery (Nigeria Only)
Tunii Woman ships exclusively within Nigeria. All items are dispatched from Lagos State, where our primary logistics operations are located.
1.2 Home Delivery (Limited Availability)
- Home delivery is available within Lagos and select major cities.
- For customers outside Lagos, pickup from designated courier pickup points is the standard delivery method.
- Home delivery outside Lagos may be available at an additional cost, depending on the courier service and location.
1.3 Delivery Charges
- All delivery charges are fully borne by the customer.
- Delivery fees will be communicated during checkout or prior to dispatch.
- Additional fees apply for re-delivery attempts (see section 6).
2. Delivery Timeline
2.1 Standard Delivery Timeframe
Nationwide delivery typically takes:

- Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier capacity, weather, or external logistics factors.
2.2 Extended Delivery Time Notice
If delivery to your location requires additional time, you will be informed before shipment or immediately after dispatch, depending on courier updates.
We strive to update customers proactively whenever possible.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Made-to-order items may require additional preparation time; customers will be notified if applicable.
4. Pickup Point Deliveries (Outside Lagos)
For most locations outside Lagos:
- Orders are delivered to designated pickup points provided by our courier partners.
- Customers will receive a notification once the package arrives at the pickup centre.
4.1 Pickup Window
Customers have 2 days (48 hours) from the time of arrival to pick up their packages.
Failure to pick up items within this timeframe may result in:
- Return to the courier warehouse
- Additional storage or handling fees, or
- Re-delivery charges, fully borne by the customer
Tunii Woman is not responsible for any delays caused by late pick-up.
5. Home Delivery Attempts (Lagos & Select Cities)
For home-delivery-eligible locations:
- Couriers will make up to two (2) delivery attempts to the customer’s address.
- If both attempts are unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or access issues, the item will be held at a courier location for customer pickup or re-delivery.
5.1 Cost of Additional Delivery Attempts
If a third or subsequent delivery attempt is needed:
- All extra delivery fees will be charged to the customer.
- Delivery will only proceed once the additional fee has been settled.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing a complete and accurate delivery address
- Supplying an active phone number and email
- Being available during delivery windows
- Collecting items from pickup points within 2 days
- Paying all delivery and re-delivery fees
- Responding to courier calls or messages promptly
Tunii Woman is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information or customer inaccessibility.
7. Delivery Confirmation & Risk Transfer
Once an order is marked as delivered (to a home, workplace, or pickup point):
- The package is considered successfully delivered.
- Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
- Tunii Woman is not liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
8. Delays, Courier Issues & Force Majeure
Delivery times may be impacted by:
- Weather conditions
- Courier delays
- Public holidays
- High-volume shipping seasons
- Strikes, unrest, or road closures
- Other unforeseen circumstances
While we work closely with our courier partners, Tunii Woman cannot guarantee delivery speed and is not liable for delays outside our control.
9. Delivery Fees, Returns, and Non-Delivery
- All delivery charges are non-refundable.
- If the courier attempts delivery but cannot reach the customer, no refund will be provided for shipping.
- In cases of confirmed non-delivery, Tunii Woman will support redelivery or a refund of the product price, in line with our Refund Policy.
